What kind of training do you offer?
We offer 4 different training packages. Click one to see the details:
Can I just drop in for a class or do I need to sign up?
Come on in! You're welcome to drop in during a Strength & Conditioning or Hybrid class and see what we are about or join us immediately for the first FREE week that we offer.
Do I need to be in shape to join?
Of course not! A gym is meant for fatties like you! Get in here and let's get you REC'd
What should I bring to my first class?
Bring your workout clothes, sneakers, a large water bottle and your killer attitude so you can demolish your fitness goals!
How do memberships work, and are there any contracts?
We operate on a month-to-month basis. If you want to cancel, you may do so at anytime by contacting us directly.
Do you offer personal training in addition to classes?
Yes, please refer to our 'Personal Training' page for more info.
Is this gym beginner-friendly?
Our Strength & Conditioning package is our most generic, beginner-friendly option, but all packages can be customized to fit YOUR needs. Talk to your coach about your goals and current physique and they will take care of your needs.
Do you offer nutrition or meal planning support?
Our Personal and Remote Training packages come with meal plans.
If you'd like to add meal planning to your membership, speak with Coach Musto. You will then arrange a time to discuss your weight goals and meal plan.
What is The Rec Room?
The Rec Room is a interpersonal gym located in St. George, Utah. We are passionate about fostering a strong, healthy relationship with fitness in a supportive community atmosphere.
How does your service work?
We offer a multitude of training options based on what you're looking for. From personalized training and nutrition guidance to basic exercise programs, our goal is to offer the option that is the best fit for you. Our process is efficient and valuable for you.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on which training option you're looking for. We base pricing off of use of gym, gym amenities, gym applications, coaching, and the personalization of training. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our training options underneath the "Classes & Training" dropdown for more information.
Do you offer an open gym?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer open gym to the general public. However, we do offer open gym to our Hybrid members to allow them to complete their programming if they aren't able to make it to the designated class times, which might be helpful.
